Elstead are very proud to partner with Feiss (now part of the Generation Lighting Division of Visual Comfort Group, USA) since 2012. We sell a selection of great designs that the Generation Lighting has to offer, bringing those products to markets that require 220-240V electrics and CE certification.
Feiss Today
Established in 1955, the Feiss Collection is now sold under the Generation Lighting Brand which is now part of Visual Comfort Group. Based in Chicago, they specialise in Interior and Exterior lighting plus Ceiling Fans offering collections to a broad continuum of price points from the builder market, technical architectural lighting market up to high-end designer lighting.
Feiss History
In 1955, Murray Feiss started his company offering a small assortment of porcelain figurine lamps topped with his mother's hand-sewn lampshades. Discerning consumers soon began to seek out the quality and unique nature of these designs.
In January 2012 Murray Feiss Lighting shortened the brand name to Feiss at the same time that Monte Carlo Fans became part of the group.
Then in 2022, The Feiss Collection became part of the Generation Lighting Collection, part of the Visual Comfort Group.
The Generation Lighting Collection takes inspiration from our generations of experience serving the unique needs of builders and contractors while delighting homeowners and remodelers. Today, our wide assortment of indoor lighting, outdoor lighting and ceiling fans offers on-trend looks at a compelling value.
As of January 2023, Generation Lighting's Decorative offerings unified under a single name to harness the power of one iconic brand, Visual Comfort & Co.
