Norlys Today

Norlys is the embodiment of the Scaninavian spirit. It was born in the frosty North in Norway, reflecting its simplicity, resilience, and naturalness. Norlys is the answer to the long polar nights, the harshness of nature, and the need for safety. That is why they have been lighting spaces for over 30 years.

Today their main production plant and stock facilities are established in Poland and Sweden with over 300 staff.  They have their own aluminium foundry, a press department for the production of steel luminaires and a hot-dip galvanising department. Apart from that, they have a machining department which includes CNC machining, a powder-coating department and assembly department. Their pride is their own Testing Laboratory equipped and specialised equipment of the highest class for the testing of luminaires. This lab performs measurements according to the requirements specific to ENEC and in accordance with the ISO 17025 standard.

Norlys is an international company. Their subsidiaries are located in Norway, Sweden, France, Italy and Poland and are accompanied by an extensive worldwide sales network of professional distributors.

In 2024, they are proud to announce that they have achieved the EcoVadis Bronze certification, reaffiriming their commitment to sustainability.
